AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

1. Eligibility. Approved applicants are issued a unique discount code linked to their account. Codes are non-transferable and may not be shared, posted on coupon sites, or used for personal resale activity. Misuse results in immediate program termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

2. Sales Activity Requirement. Ambassadors must generate a minimum of three (3) completed and shipped customer orders using their assigned code each calendar quarter (Q1 January–March, Q2 April–June, Q3 July–September, Q4 October–December). Orders that are returned, refunded, or cancelled do not count toward this minimum.

3. Content Requirement. Ambassadors must publish a minimum of five (5) original Instagram posts per calendar month tagging @legendaryfitment in the caption or in the post itself. Stories, reshares, and non-tagged content do not count. Reels and feed posts both qualify.

4. No Resale. Ambassadors may not purchase Legendary Fitment products for the purpose of resale through eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, third-party retail, or any other channel. Products purchased using ambassador discounts must be for personal use, gifts, or installation on the ambassador's own vehicle. Violation results in immediate program termination, account ban, and chargeback of any commissions earned.

5. Brand Representation. Ambassadors are expected to represent the brand professionally. Hate speech, harassment, illegal street racing content, or any content that conflicts with the brand's values is grounds for removal. We reserve the right to terminate any ambassador relationship at our sole discretion.

6. Commission Structure. Commission rates and payout amounts will be communicated in your acceptance email. Commissions are paid monthly via the method specified at onboarding. Minimum payout threshold may apply. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Compliance with Law. Ambassadors must comply with all FTC endorsement guidelines, including disclosing the material relationship in any sponsored content (e.g., #ad, #partner, or "Working with @legendaryfitment"). Failure to comply is grounds for removal.

8. Account Status Review. Ambassador accounts are reviewed quarterly. Failure to meet the sales or content minimums for two (2) consecutive quarters results in automatic removal from the program. Removed ambassadors may reapply after 90 days.

9. Codes & Tracking. Discount codes are tracked through Shopify's native discount system. Disputes regarding sales attribution must be raised within 30 days of the relevant order. After 30 days, sales records are final.

10. Term & Termination. Either party may end the ambassador relationship at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Upon termination, the ambassador's discount code is deactivated. Any commissions earned but unpaid as of the termination date will be paid out on the next scheduled payment cycle, subject to the conditions in Section 6.

11. Modifications. Legendary Fitment reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued participation in the program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Acceptance. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Program Terms if accepted into the Legendary Fitment Ambassador Program.
