Legendary Fitment LLC is a Texas-registered limited liability company operating an online aftermarket wheel, tire, and suspension retailer at legendaryfitment.com.

ORDERS AND PRICING

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

- Limit order quantities

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. Prices may change without notice.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Affirm, Klarna, and other payment options shown at checkout. Payment is processed when you place the order. If a payment cannot be completed, your order will not ship.

FITMENT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We provide fitment data based on manufacturer specifications and industry resources. While we work hard to keep this accurate, fitment guides are advisory only. The customer is responsible for confirming that any wheel, tire, or suspension product will fit and is legal for their specific vehicle and modifications.

INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Wheels, tires, and suspension parts must be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation can cause vehicle damage, accidents, and serious injury. Legendary Fitment is not responsible for damage, injury, or liability arising from:

- Use of products outside manufacturer specifications
- Modifications that affect vehicle safety or legality
- Off-road use or competition events

SHIPPING

Shipping times and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

RETURNS

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
