RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Legendary Fitment. We want you stoked on your build, so we offer a clear return process on all eligible products.

ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

- Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all hardware and accessories
- Free of mounting marks, curb rash, scuffs, or any installation damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Wheels or tires that have been mounted, installed, or driven on
- Custom-order, drop-shipped, or special-order products (clearly marked at purchase)
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email sales@legendaryfitment.com or call (956) 307-1421 with:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for return
- Photos of the item in its current condition

We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RA number — they will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged. We recommend insured, trackable shipping. Legendary Fitment is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover distributor restocking charges and inspection. Items returned damaged, used, or outside the 30-day window may be refused or assessed a higher fee at our discretion.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of our error.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging
- Do not install the item

We will work with the manufacturer or shipping carrier to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand. For warranty issues beyond 30 days from purchase, we will help facilitate the claim with the manufacturer, but the warranty terms are set by the brand. Contact us with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
