American Racing

American Racing was founded in 1956 in Torrance, California — making them one of the oldest continuously operating aftermarket wheel brands in American history. Their Torq Thrust wheel, introduced in the early 1960s, became the first mass-produced custom aftermarket wheel in the United States and helped create the custom wheel industry as it exists today. The Torq Thrust's five-spoke design was iconic on American muscle cars of the era and is still in production today, making it one of the longest-running aftermarket wheel designs in automotive history. American Racing is now part of the Wheel Pros family.

American Racing's Torq Thrust is arguably the most recognizable aftermarket wheel in American automotive history, appearing on classic muscle car restorations, period-correct show builds, and hot rods across every decade since its introduction. For over 65 years the brand has continued to evolve — adding modern truck and off-road fitments to their catalog — while maintaining the heritage designs that made them a household name in American car culture.

What's Included

Every wheel and tire package from Legendary Fitment includes mounting, balancing, lug nuts, TPMS sensors, and free shipping to anywhere in the Lower 48 states. We put together complete packages so you are not tracking down extra parts or getting hit with surprise charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States only. Most orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 2 weeks from the time of purchase. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have questions about your shipment status, please reach out to us directly and we will get you an update as quickly as possible.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your entire order before signing for any freight delivery. If you notice damage at the time of delivery, note it clearly on the delivery paperwork before signing. For UPS or FedEx shipments that do not require a signature, open and inspect your package as soon as it arrives. Any damage must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery. We cannot process damage claims reported after that window, so please do not wait.

Cancellations and Returns

If you need to cancel or return an order, please contact us as soon as possible. All returns require prior approval and items must be in their original, unmounted condition to be eligible. Restocking fees are assessed on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances of the return. Once tires have been mounted to wheels, the order cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please verify your fitment and confirm your order details before mounting.

Warranty

All wheels and tires sold by Legendary Fitment carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by brand and product. If you believe you have a defective item, contact us and we will work with you to get the issue resolved through the manufacturer. Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise determined.
